About The Position

Join a well-established outpatient medical clinic in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist who thrives at the front desk and enjoys helping patients feel welcomed and supported. This role supports multiple providers and plays a key role in keeping daily clinic operations running smoothly. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Bilingual Spanish is required for this role.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Assistant, or Patient Access Representative
• Candidates with strong customer service experience (hospitality, retail, call center) encouraged to apply
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced clinic
• Professional communication and strong patient service skills
• Basic computer skills and comfort working with electronic systems

Nice To Haves

• Experience with insurance verification, referrals, or HMOs preferred
• Background in a medical, dental, or healthcare office is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes
• Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
• Verify insurance eligibility (HMOs preferred)
• Scan and upload documents into electronic systems
• Update patient demographics and maintain accurate records
• Schedule appointments and support daily front desk operations
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff
• Assist with general administrative and clinic support as needed
