Requirements

• Experience with EHR and PM programs
• Basic computer skills
• Customer service experience
• Training experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly demeanor and ability to build rapport

• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they enter the orthopedic office.
• Verify and update patient medical records and insurance information.
• Schedule patients for future orthopedic visits.
• Print paperwork for the clinic.
