Revere Health Premier Pediatrics is looking for a Medical Receptionist who brings positive energy, strong medical front office skills, and a heart for pediatrics to our growing practice. This role involves welcoming families, managing patient check-ins, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, and supporting the clinical team to ensure a positive and efficient patient experience in a fast-paced pediatric environment.
Requirements
- Prior medical receptionist or medical front office experience
- Experience with insurance verification, eligibility, and demographics
- Comfortable in a fast-paced pediatric environment
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
Nice To Haves
- EMR experience preferred
- Potential to cross train as medical assistant
Responsibilities
- Welcome families with warmth, patience, and a smile
- Check in patients and complete demographic & insurance intake
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help keep the day running smoothly
- Support providers and staff with front office operations
- Help create a calm, fun, kid-friendly experience for patients and parents
