That's a huge plus! As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience and helping our clinic run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of medical reception and customer service experience
• Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
• Positive attitude, dependability, and a team-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for
• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
• Register patients and verify information
• Collect co-pays and process payments
• Communicate with patients through phone, text, and fax
