Requirements
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team required
- Strong organizational skills required
- Dedication to maintaining confidentiality of all patient records required

Responsibilities
- Answer calls
- Complete insurance verifications
- Basic intakes and scheduling
- Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
- Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges while filing and expediting third-party claims
