Requirements

Experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, Patient Service Representative, or similar customer-facing role
Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable learning and working with EMR/EHR systems and scheduling software
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Professional, friendly, and confident communication
Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team
Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others

Nice To Haves

Healthcare experience is a plus, but we will train the right person with the right mindset.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional patient-facing customer service
Welcome patients and create a positive experience from check-in through check-out
Keep provider schedules full and optimized
Handle patient check-in/check-out and EMR documentation
Confirm insurance and benefits eligibility
Collect copays and patient balances accurately
Answer incoming calls and assist with patient scheduling
Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
Keep the front office organized, efficient, and professional
Work closely with the clinical team to support daily clinic operations
