About The Position

Red Mountain Weight Loss is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide specialized weight loss, hormone, and wellness care across its clinics. The role involves providing compassionate, consistent care and a five-star patient experience while working at assigned locations on a rotating schedule. Providers conduct health assessments and physical exams, develop personalized treatment plans, prescribe and manage therapies in collaboration with supervising physicians, and coach patients on lifestyle changes that support long-term goals. The position requires regular travel between East Valley and Scottsdale clinic locations, with each workday assigned to one clinic and schedules created quarterly.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in Arizona.
• DEA registration, or ability to obtain it before starting.
• At least 1 year of clinical work experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate and guide patients.
• Willingness to travel between East Valley locations as part of a rotating schedule.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in medical weight loss, hormone therapy, wellness, or retail medicine.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and physical exams to evaluate patient goals and barriers.
• Create and manage individualized weight loss and wellness plans tailored to patient needs.
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust weight loss and hormonal medications in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Educate and motivate patients on nutrition, exercise, and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Document patient progress, track outcomes, and refine treatment plans to ensure success.
• Rotate between assigned clinics to support patient care across the designated service area.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, supporting team collaboration, and upholding safety and compliance standards.
