There are two potential units for this role: the Healthcare Policy and Payment Methods Unit, focusing on legislative implementation, and the Provider Support and Outreach Unit, focusing on assisting injured workers and non-network healthcare providers in identifying and resolving complex issues related to access to care. The latter role involves gathering and synthesizing data, developing solutions, and collaborating with a team to improve outreach to healthcare providers, requiring strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
