About The Position

The Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact and link between the office and all outside parties. This full-time, day shift position is located in Primary Care at 7901 Diley Rd Suite 200 Canal Winchester, with office hours Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm. The role involves performing duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into the system, and filing and maintaining patient medical records.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
Basic computer skills required

Nice To Haves

One to two years of medical office experience preferred
Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred

Welcome patients
Register patients
Gather insurance, check demographics
Soft collections
Answering incoming calls
