About The Position

The Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact and link between the office and all outside parties, performing duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics, filing, and maintaining patient medical records. This position is with Mount Carmel, a member of Trinity Health, which has been a transforming healing presence in Central Ohio for over 135 years. Mount Carmel serves over 1.3 million patients annually across its four hospitals, free-standing emergency centers, outpatient facilities, surgery centers, urgent care centers, primary care and specialty care physician offices, community outreach sites, and homes. Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
Basic computer skills required

Nice To Haves

One to two years of medical office experience preferred
Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
