About The Position
Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records. This role is in Primary Care at 2300 Baltimore-Reynoldsburg Rd, Suit 200, Reynoldsburg Oh 43068. The office hours are Monday-Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Basic computer skills required
Nice To Haves
- One to two years of medical office experience preferred
- Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients
- Register patients
- Gather insurance, check demographics
- Soft collections
- Answering incoming calls
