About The Position

The Medical Practice Manager, in conjunction with the physicians, is responsible for the daily operation of the center. The manager capitalizes on new business opportunities through marketing efforts and strategic planning. The Manager ensures the delivery of efficient and effective care through effective human resources management and the implementation of administrative systems and policies. The Manager promotes the organization's mission and vision.

Requirements

• Associates degree required.
• Demonstrated success in dealing with physicians.
• Strong communication, financial, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to thrive in a changing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Three to five years’ experience in an ambulatory health care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation of the center.
• Capitalizes on new business opportunities through marketing efforts and strategic planning.
• Ensures the delivery of efficient and effective care through effective human resources management and the implementation of administrative systems and policies.
• Promotes the organization's mission and vision.
• Supervising staff FTE's on a daily basis.
• Works with two to four physicians in the management of the center.
