About The Position

We’re seeking a skilled leader to manage daily operations, support our team, and drive practice growth. Established in 1958, Rehabilitation and Electrodiagnostics, PA is both the oldest and largest PM&R practice in Tampa Bay.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of medical practice management experience, required
- Work experience using eClinicalWorks, required
- Knowledge of medical billing, insurance and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- 3-5 years' experience in Accounts Receivable (A/R) and revenue cycle management experience, required
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and streamline practice operations
- Support and mentor our healthcare team
- Drive patient satisfaction and practice growth
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations and standards
- Manage medical billing, collections and financial performance
- Oversee and optimize Accounts Receivable and revenue cycle processes
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding and ongoing staff training and development
