About The Position

We are seeking an experienced healthcare operations leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing multi-site pain management practice. This position is not an office manager role. We are looking for someone who has successfully managed multiple departments, held employees accountable, and driven operational performance in a physician practice or similar healthcare setting. Our Practice includes 9 clinic locations, an Ambulatory Surgery Center, 5 providers (growing), approximately 30 employees, and approximately 1,500 patient visits per month. This is a rapidly expanding organization with additional providers and locations planned.

Requirements

  • Managed a multi-provider physician practice.
  • Supervised managers, team leads, or department supervisors.
  • Comfortable making decisions and holding employees accountable.
  • Ability to coach, develop, and mentor staff.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Highly organized and follows through on commitments.
  • Ability to build systems rather than simply maintain existing ones.
  • Comfortable working directly with executive leadership.
  • Understands that leadership includes both supporting employees and holding them accountable.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that the organization executes at a high level every day.
  • Making sure that Team Leads are accomplishing their responsibilities.
  • Ensuring Department managers are meeting expectations.
  • Ensuring Staff members follow company policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring Training is completed.
  • Implementing operational initiatives assigned by executive leadership.
  • Addressing problems promptly rather than allowing them to continue.
  • Completing projects on time.
  • Ensuring Clinics operate consistently across all locations.
  • Ensuring that expectations communicated by leadership are carried out throughout the organization.
