About The Position

The Helen F Graham Cancer Center & Research Institute (HFGCCRI) is seeking an experienced board-certified Medical Oncologist to join their prestigious cancer institute. This is a private-academic setting with several fellowships and all ancillary services under one roof. The HFGCCRI is a state-of-the-art facility serving cancer patients in Delaware and surrounding states. It is an NCI funded Community Oncology Research Program featuring advanced medical, surgical and radiation procedures, diagnostic services and over 100 clinical trials. The cancer research program includes the Gene Editing Institute, the Cawley Center for Translational Research, and a collaborative program with the University of Delaware. There is also a partnership with the Wistar Cancer Institute. The Graham Cancer Center includes the ChristianaCare Breast Center, an outpatient facility that performs over 34,000 mammograms annually. The institute is QOPI certified and has a strong clinical research program, participating in NCORP, Alliance, and NRG Pharmaceutical trials.

Requirements

  • Board-certified or Board-eligible in Medical Oncology.
  • Ability to be licensed in the State of Delaware.
  • Meet credentialing requirements.

  • Collaborate with a team of specialists including surgeons, medical oncologists, hematologists, and radiation oncologists, along with subspecialists, to provide optimal treatment plans.
