About The Position

Cancer Care Northwest is seeking a dedicated, patient-centered Medical Oncologist to join its hematology/oncology practice in Spokane, Washington. The practice provides integrated diagnosis and treatment for cancer and blood-related diseases and has a team of more than 30 medical, surgical, and radiation oncologists, along with specialized advanced practice providers.

Physicians work in clinic four days per week, with the fifth day reserved for administrative time. The role includes a patient-volume expectation of 16–18 patients per day after a mutually acceptable time frame, participation in daily tumor boards, and clinical trial research. The position offers a guaranteed base salary with productivity-based incentives, a sign-on bonus, relocation package, and a yearly vacation allowance. Partnership opportunity is available after two years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical oncology care to patients with cancer and blood-related diseases.
