About The Position

Northside Hospital Cancer Institute (NHCI) is seeking a Medical Oncologist/Hematologist for an established practice in Gainesville, GA. NHCI is a leading provider of cancer care in the Southeast, known for its comprehensive services, accreditation, and participation in the National Cancer Institute Community Oncology Program (NCORP). The Northside Hospital system is one of Georgia's largest health care providers, with multiple acute care hospitals, numerous outpatient locations, and a large employee and physician base. This position offers the opportunity to join a team of experienced physicians with robust clinical support and office staff. The practice is located in a desirable area with access to excellent schools.

Requirements

• BC in medical oncology/hematology
• Current fellows or experienced physicians
• Must have an active GA medical license or the ability to obtain a GA medical license
• Must have an active DEA

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cancer care including screening, diagnosis, research, treatment, and support services.
• Participate in clinical trials through the Georgia NCORP.
• Collaborate with other experienced Medical Oncologists/Hematologists.
• Manage patient care within an established practice setting.
