About The Position
Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS) is seeking a Medical Oncologist and Hematologist for its Lake Nona Cancer Center. FCS has a national reputation for excellence, with over 250 physicians and nearly 100 locations. They utilize innovative clinical research, cutting-edge technologies, and advanced treatments to provide world-class cancer care. FCS offers patients access to more clinical trials than any private oncology practice in Florida, including ground-breaking therapies and national clinical research studies. Through a partnership with Sarah Cannon, FCS is one of the largest clinical research organizations in the United States and often leads the nation in initiating research studies and offering new therapies.
Requirements
- Fellows welcome to apply
- Full unrestricted Florida MD/DO License
- BC/BE in Hematology/Oncology

Responsibilities
- Out-patient clinics
- Clinical research
- Chemo supervision
- In-patient duties
- Consultation service
- Managing both malignant cancers and benign hematology diagnoses
- Participating in research and clinical trials
- Rotating call and rounding may be required
