About The Position
The Medical Office Patient Service Associate provides excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of the medical office.
Requirements
- 36 hours per week
- First Shift Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- High School Diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Front Desk / Clerical Experience
Responsibilities
- Checking in patients
- Reviewing and verifying demographic and insurance information
- Answering incoming calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Scanning patient information into the medical record
- Performing other duties as assigned
