About The Position
Baptist Hospital is hiring a Medical Office Coordinator at Baptist Neurology, located at Baptist Beaches in Ponte Vedra, FL. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. As the Medical Office Coordinator, you will provide assistance to physicians and coordinate business operations and clinical operations in conjunction with the physician and manager. You will support the manager to ensure an overall smooth operation of the office. You will be responsible for processing medication refills and triaging patient calls.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
Nice To Haves
- Certified Medical Assistant Preferred

- Completing prior authorizations
