About The Position

Seeking a Practice Manager with a strong commercial/business development profile or a Medical Marketing Executive with administrative experience. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of medical practice management experience, preferably in Urgent Care or Primary Care. Approximately 60% of the role will focus on community-based medical marketing and sales. This is a hands-on, relationship-building position involving in-person visits to local businesses, clients, and community organizations. There are no digital marketing or social media marketing responsibilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of medical practice management experience preferred.
• Experience in Urgent Care, Primary Care, or a similar medical environment strongly preferred.
• Strong sales, business development, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly personable, outgoing, and comfortable making in-person sales calls and community visits.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage staff and basic administrative responsibilities.
• Candidates with a medical marketing/business development background and some healthcare administrative experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with businesses, community organizations, and referral sources.
• Conduct face-to-face outreach and business development within the local community.
• Identify and develop new opportunities to increase patient volume and practice visibility.
• Represent the medical practice professionally within the community.
• Assist with staffing, employee supervision, and basic office operations.
• Oversee basic administrative and customer service functions across practice locations.
• Help ensure offices operate efficiently and provide an excellent patient experience.
• Support providers and staff with day-to-day operational needs.
