About The Position

Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of service, is seeking an accomplished trial attorney to join its Medical Malpractice team. The team is based in the Orlando, Florida office, but a qualified candidate may work with the team remotely from the firm’s Jacksonville or Tampa offices. The position suits an experienced health care litigator with strong client relationships who wants to grow within a collaborative firm culture.

The attorney will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates and is not expected to manage cases independently from inception through trial immediately. The firm offers mentoring, hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting to support development toward full case management. Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills are valued and developed within the litigation groups.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as an attorney.
• A proven track record in health care litigation.
• Strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills.
• Trial attorney experience.
