About The Position

Marshall Dennehey, a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to assist in the defense of Medical Malpractice and catastrophic loss cases in their Philadelphia, PA or King of Prussia, PA office. The applicant should have at least two (2) years of experience and an interest in defending high exposure claims. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of 8 lawyers, working primarily under 2 shareholders, handling traditional medical malpractice cases, catastrophic casualty cases, and long-term care cases. The firm aims to hire associates who desire to learn and develop their legal skills, advance within the firm, and assist others in their growth. The firm emphasizes attorney development through hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting, allowing associates to gain confidence and capability for full case management at their own pace. Requirements

At least two (2) years of experience as an attorney.
