Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) and active license in Colorado
Minimum of 2 years experience in litigation and/or medical malpractice-- required
Proven ability to manage cases with minimal supervision
Demonstratable trial experience in complex cases
Excellent negotiation skills – pushing back as needed
Highly organized with strong case management abilities
Written advocacy
