About The Position

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) and active license in Colorado
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in litigation and/or medical malpractice-- required
  • Proven ability to manage cases with minimal supervision
  • Demonstratable trial experience in complex cases
  • Excellent negotiation skills – pushing back as needed
  • Highly organized with strong case management abilities
  • Written advocacy
