About The Position
Lewis Brisbois is seeking an attorney to join its Healthcare & Medical Malpractice Practice in the firm's Dallas, Texas office. The firm represents healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings, and handles medical malpractice actions across a broad range of medical specialties. Its healthcare practice includes more than 200 attorneys. The successful candidate will represent healthcare providers and handle litigation tasks including discovery, pleadings, motions, and depositions. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and working both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Admission to practice in Texas.
- Two to seven years of experience representing healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience defending and litigating medical malpractice lawsuits.
