Requirements

Bachelors degree (or higher) in Nursing or Science (BSN, MSN, MPH, DNP or PhD) from an accredited institution
Five (5) years of working experience as a Vascular Access Nurse, Infusion Nurse, Infection Control Professional.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

Board Certification in Vascular Access and/or Infection Control
Industry experience in Medical Device Field, preferably in a Medical Affairs role
Strong understanding of the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, including clinical research processes and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, health care professionals and researchers to facilitate the exchange of information about our products and services.
Providing comprehensive scientific and clinical support to internal teams, including sales and marketing, and assist in the development of educational materials.
Supporting new product development teams and assisting with structured advisory panels.
Presenting clinical and product information at medical conferences, meetings, and symposia, ensuring accurate and effective communication of the value of Solventum products.
Identifying and engaging in collaborations with external researchers and institutions to explore potential clinical research initiatives and studies related to our products.
Gathering and communicating feedback from healthcare professionals regarding product performance, patient outcomes, and potential areas for product development.
Providing training and education to internal teams and external stakeholders on product usage, safety, and clinical benefits.
Ensuring that all activities comply with relevant regulatory and ethical standards, maintaining the integrity and reputation of Solventum.
Complying with corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties.
