Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Technology, Chemical or Biological Science (Required for MLT)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Technology, Chemical or Biological Science (Required for MT)
  • ASCP or AMT certification (Required for both MLT and MT)
  • Ability to Prioritize/Organize/Handle Quantity of Work
  • Accuracy/Quality/Completeness of Work
  • Judgement Skills/Problem Solving Skills
  • Overall Procedure Knowledge/Quality Assurance Knowledge – including documentation as needed

Nice To Haves

  • 1 - 2 years clinical experience in a related field (Preferred for both MLT and MT)
