Requirements

Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Technology, Chemical or Biological Science (Required for MLT)
Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Technology, Chemical or Biological Science (Required for MT)
ASCP or AMT certification (Required for both MLT and MT)
Ability to Prioritize/Organize/Handle Quantity of Work
Accuracy/Quality/Completeness of Work
Judgement Skills/Problem Solving Skills
Overall Procedure Knowledge/Quality Assurance Knowledge – including documentation as needed

Nice To Haves

1 - 2 years clinical experience in a related field (Preferred for both MLT and MT)
