About The Position
Under the direction of the Laboratory Supervisor, the clinical Laboratory Scientist uses professional knowledge and judgment to perform technical, analytical, clerical, and quality assurance functions within assigned laboratory department sections. This position is with Providence at St. Jude Medical Center, whose culture emphasizes patient-focused, whole-person care, understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Completion of a one-year approved internship program in Medical Technology.
- California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- Three years of experience in multiple laboratory science disciplines as a licensed CLS/MT in an acute care facility.
