Under the general supervision of a Specialist, Manager, or Director, the Clinical Laboratory Technologist performs complex clinical laboratory testing across one or more sections of the Pathology Department. This role requires advanced professional knowledge to accurately analyze and interpret test results, including abnormal or atypical findings. Responsibilities include equipment calibration, execution and interpretation of complex testing and associated quality control procedures, and troubleshooting equipment issues. All duties are performed with consideration of age-specific patient needs.
