Under the general supervision of a Specialist, Manager, or Director, this role performs a variety of complex clinical laboratory tests within one or more sections of the Pathology Department. The position requires professional-level knowledge to accurately read, analyze, and interpret test results, including abnormal or atypical findings. Key responsibilities include equipment calibration, performance and interpretation of complex testing and quality control results, and troubleshooting laboratory instruments. All duties must reflect sensitivity to the age-specific needs of patients.
