About The Position

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist I for their Auto-Chemistry department in Cleveland, OH. This role is responsible for working with state-of-the-art laboratory instrumentation and contributing to providing diagnostic information services. The position is for a second shift, working Thursday to Monday, from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Requirements

Associate's degree in a related science field or equivalent experience.
Experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation.
Understanding of scientific principles related to the human body.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
Medical Laboratory Scientist certification (e.g., ASCP).
Experience with specific auto-chemistry analyzers.

Responsibilities

Perform testing in the Auto-Chemistry section of the clinical laboratory.
Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation.
Contribute to diagnostic information services.
Adhere to laboratory protocols and quality standards.
