As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you will perform routine and complex analytic procedures on blood and other body fluids, utilizing manual techniques and advanced laboratory instruments. Your work directly supports healthcare providers in delivering precise patient care, making your role essential to our diagnostic processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with coursework aligned to Medical Laboratory discipline.
- Six months of experience in a medical laboratory setting.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and theoretical knowledge sufficient to perform laboratory functions.
Nice To Haves
- Certification at the technologist or medical/clinical lab scientist level from a nationally recognized agency (ASCP, AMT, ASM, AAB, AABB, ACS, or HEW).
