About The Position
Baptist Health is looking for a Medical Laboratory Assistant II to join their Laboratory department at Baptist ED St Augustine. This is a PRN opportunity as needed. The Medical Laboratory Assistant II will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and technical duties associated with the pre- and post-analytical handling of laboratory specimens and results. They will communicate laboratory results and respond to specimen-related questions from physicians and various other caregivers. The role also involves collecting blood specimens for routine and special laboratory procedures and utilizing computer functions. This position will be located at Baptist ED St. Augustine.
