About The Position

Voyage Healthcare is seeking a Medical Lab Technician Float to travel among its four clinic locations and support laboratory teams. The role performs moderate-complexity testing and phlebotomy to help provide high-quality care across multiple sites. Current MLT certification is required; applicants without active MLT certification will not be considered. The hourly pay range is $24.00–$29.00, based on years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited MLT (CLT) or MT (CLS) program.
• Current ASCP certification; applicants without active MLT certification will not be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between clinic locations.

Nice To Haves

• Previous laboratory and clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex testing in a COLA-certified laboratory.
• Conduct testing in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, and limited microbiology.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect and process specimens according to appropriate collection procedures.
• Accurately record and report test results in accordance with laboratory policies.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff under the guidance of the Lab Supervisor.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
• Travel between the four clinic locations.
