About The Position
This position involves working as a Medical Lab Technician at UW Health Belvidere Hospital. The role requires 90% FTE, working three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with rotating weekends and holidays. The position offers impressive shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend work, as well as potential overtime and on-call pay.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in laboratory science or medical technology.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
Nice To Haves
- One year experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician or relevant laboratory experience.
- Medical Laboratory Technician certification by the board of American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or similar agency preferred.
