About The Position
As a Medical Lab Technician joining our team, you’re embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier®. This role performs routine laboratory tests in various sections of the laboratory. The Medical Lab Technician reports to the Director of Laboratory Services. Patient Populations Served: Does not directly treat or care for patients. Protected Health Information Accessed: Demographic, Clinical, Insurance, Financial, Complete Medical Record. Exposure: Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens is present.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Science required.
Nice To Haves
- MLT certification through ASCP or AMT preferred.
