About The Position

Performs, calculates, reviews and reports laboratory diagnostic tests. Basic laboratory skills, maintenance, QC, and troubleshooting abilities. Understand the clinical significance of the testing performed. Responsibilities for teaching, training, correction of procedural/Instrument issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biological science or chemistry or associate's degree acceptable (with 5 years' experience)
• Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Technologist certified, or certificate qualified in the field
• If certificate qualified, certification to occur within 1 year of hire date, exception or length of time can be modified by Administrative Director
• Strong basic laboratory skills
• Proven experience with quality control and routine maintenance
• Effective communication
• Prior hands‑on clinical laboratory experience

Benefits

• Sign on bonus of $5,000 (under 3 years' experience) and $7,500 for 3 or more years of experience
• Relocation package of up to $6,000
• Shift Differentials: Evening: $3.00, Night: $5.00, Weekend: $2.00
