About The Position
Responsible for the analysis of laboratory specimens and subsequent result reporting according to laboratory protocol and procedures.
Requirements
- MT(ASCP) or equivalent registration, or MT eligible under Medicare laboratory regulations
- Sound knowledge of Clinical Laboratory science
- Ability to perform highly advanced technical and complex analytic work
Nice To Haves
- Baccalaureate degree in relevant science
- One year clinical laboratory internship
Responsibilities
- Analysis of laboratory specimens
- Subsequent result reporting according to laboratory protocol and procedures
- Adherence to infection control policies and guidelines appropriate for their work area
- Hand hygiene and PPE (job applicable) followed when appropriate
