The Medical Lab Scientist Lead provides state of the art laboratory specimen testing, including phlebotomy, from neonates to geriatric patients ensuring patient safety. Performs advanced responsibilities as required. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
