About The Position
Volt is immediately hiring for a Medical Lab Scientist in Vancouver, WA. This is a 3-month contract position. The role involves generalist duties in a hospital laboratory setting, covering haematology, chemistry, and microbiology. The position requires working the 3rd shift (8 PM - 6:30 AM), including every other weekend, which may affect weekday hours. Holiday work is also expected. The hiring manager will discuss specific scheduling details during the interview.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of hospital experience
- Bachelors of Life Science
- 1 yr of organic chemistry
- ASCP or AMT required
Nice To Haves
- MLT if they have significant experience
- Epic Beaker system experience
