As the Medical Imaging Associate Manager, you will provide clinical, operational, and managerial support within the Imaging department to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. You will supervise staff through hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management while serving as a clinical resource. You will coordinate workflow, staffing, and resources to support efficient, cost-effective operations and positive patient experiences. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and vendors to support care delivery and departmental goals. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support quality improvement and organizational objectives. Schedule: Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts, based at Banner Boswell Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in cardiac procedures as well as general CT imaging. POSITION SUMMARY This position provides operational, financial, managerial and/or clinical support within the department. Supervises and participates in selection, orientation, counseling and evaluation of staff. May perform prescribed procedures as directed by following department/facility policies, procedures and protocol. This position ensures optimal care/treatment to patient population.
