About The Position

Take the next step in your career with TouchPoint as a Medical ICU Dietitian in Indianapolis, IN! This role involves providing Medical Nutrition Therapy and education for medical ICU patients, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care. You will perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients in a designated specialty area to promote recovery and improve health outcomes. You will also provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community. This role requires applying the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care. You will contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence, partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals, and support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.

Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
  • Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
  • CNSC required (or willing to obtain)
  • Two years of work experience in specialty preferred
