Requirements

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional patient care and administrative support by greeting visitors and managing efficient intake.
Coordinate care continuity by managing patient appointment scheduling, medical record releases, and check-in processes within Electronic Health Records (EHR).
Verify insurance authorizations and precertifications promptly to streamline patient access to care and ensure seamless interdisciplinary team workflows.
Support clinical documentation integrity by accurately updating patient demographics and managing critical administrative records within the EHR system.
Perform daily financial reconciliation by collecting co-payments, processing service charges, and auditing daily deposit reports for operational quality.
Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain front-office compliance and optimize administrative operations daily.
