About The Position

The Medical Esthetician will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, educating patients about services and products, meeting sales targets, and contributing to daily operations. This role requires a strong understanding of esthetic services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment while adhering to company procedures and medical compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and set an example for the team.
  • Provide patients with an overview of their visit and services, answer questions, and offer reassurance.
  • Stay up-to-date on all company products and services to answer patient questions.
  • Educate patients on products and services that might appeal to them.
  • Take before/after client photos for all aesthetic services.
  • Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA and medical compliance guidelines.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets for skincare products, services, and VIP memberships.
  • Support cross-selling with wellness and aesthetic services.
  • Upsell patients in skin services to more advanced procedures or add-on services.
  • Maintain treatment rooms to brand standards, including cleanliness, scent, music, lighting, and stocking.
  • Manage ordering and inventory of all skincare supplies.
  • Cover the front desk as needed, including answering phones and checking patients in and out.
  • Assist providers as requested, following all state guidelines for certification.
  • Perform other duties as requested and be a strong team player with a positive attitude.
