About The Position
The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and testing of durable medical equipment (DME). This role also involves ensuring the overall cleanliness of the warehouse facility. The Rock Island warehouse is currently located at 619 E. 25th Avenue, Rock Island, IL 61201, however, AdvaCare Systems will be relocating this warehouse in July 2026 to 5111 Tremont Avenue, Suite B, Davenport, IA 52807.
Requirements
- Up to one year experience working in a warehouse/stock room environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift an average of 30 pounds
- All Candidates must pass a National Criminal Background Check.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and disinfecting of durable medical equipment (DME)
- Restocking cleaned and disinfected equipment
- Maintenance and testing of equipment
- Documenting the cleaning, maintenance, and testing of equipment
- Overall cleanliness of warehouse facility
