About the Role: You will play a key role in developing, coordinating and enhancing medical education across FUNLHN. Working alongside the Director of Clinical Training, you'll support junior doctors through high-quality education, training and wellbeing initiatives, while contributing to accreditation, workforce development and the continuous improvement of medical training programs.

Requirements

Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with a current practising certificate.
Minimum three years' post-registration nursing or midwifery experience.
Experience developing, delivering and evaluating education or training programs.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills, with a passion for supporting junior doctors.
