Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent
- Licensure in good standing in Minnesota, or the ability to obtain
- Demonstrated leadership capability or interest in medical leadership
- Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
- Compassionate leader obsessed with pets and their care
- Collaborative mentor who enjoys teaching, coaching, and developing Associate Veterinarians
- Curious, lifelong learner who wants to grow, innovate, and lead a dynamic medical team
- Empathetic partner who builds strong relationships with clients, Associates, and hospital leadership
