Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent
  • Licensure in good standing in Minnesota, or the ability to obtain
  • Demonstrated leadership capability or interest in medical leadership
  • Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
  • Compassionate leader obsessed with pets and their care
  • Committed to world-class medicine and medical excellence
  • Collaborative mentor who enjoys teaching, coaching, and developing Associate Veterinarians
  • Curious, lifelong learner who wants to grow, innovate, and lead a dynamic medical team
  • Empathetic partner who builds strong relationships with clients, Associates, and hospital leadership
