About The Position
A healthcare facility near Lebanon, New Hampshire is seeking a Medical Director to join its leadership team! This is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday through Friday schedule. This leadership opportunity combines direct patient care and Medical Director responsibilities, offering the chance to lead clinical operations within a rural outpatient setting. You will work collaboratively with administrative and clinical leadership to support quality, safety, and patient care initiatives.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Active New Hampshire Physician License required or eligible to obtain.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or another Primary Care specialty.
- Minimum of five years of healthcare leadership experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
- Oversee and support medical providers while helping establish clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure efficient operations, provider engagement, and high-quality patient care.
