About The Position

Medical Director – Lazy 3 Animal Care Lead with purpose. Build something that’s yours. As Medical Director, you’ll: Lead and mentor the clinical team Set and uphold medical standards Partner with leadership on growth and direction Build lasting relationships within the community This is a role for someone who wants to own outcomes, not just clock in and out.

Requirements

• DVM/VMD (or equivalent), licensed or eligible in Texas
• Strong clinical foundation across small and/or mixed animal medicine
• Leadership mindset with interest in mentoring and team development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
